False advertising / poor client service

<p>Adverts for openview decoder are running almost daily advertising openview decoder for R399</p> <p>However getting stock is impossible as I have contacted my local GAME as well as others in the area only to be told "there is a problem with the supplier, we have no stock and dont know when we will get in again"</p>
