I CALLED SABC SWITCHBOARD, TOZAMA THEN NOBANTO THEN IDA THEN DUDU

Oh my word...such poor service!! I was given the wrong information, kept holding, given the run around. I had to call back 4 times.when i tell the person my concern as per what my request was, the first thing they do is to defend the poor service and give excuses, coming across as argumentative with their customer ?? I called at 09h06 i am still on the line waiting 09h50 today Tuesday 27th March 2018. After waiting for another 10 minutes for Dudu to "generate an affidavit" she came back, apologised, "their SYSTEM is slow", she will do it and send it to me later during the day 09h55.... WOW !!! carry on !! our WORK ETHIC, all over, is the BEST EVER !!! keep recruiting the best s****ed staff !!
