ARE RSA TV LICENSES COMPULSARY??

This is a question. I do not have access to any RSA TV, no <br> 1. No SABC 1, 2, 3 or 4, <br> 2. No ETV, <br> 3. No DSTV, <br> 4. No MNET, <br> 5. No - or any other Telecoms in RSA. <br> <br> So to make clear: I do not USE the SABC TV service (nor do i WANT to use it) - at all ever! <br> <br> So my question - why am i being forced to pay for a service that I do not use? Do I by law and constitutional right HAVE to pay the TV license? can they not just cut me off and ban me from using their stations? <br> <br> HELP?!
