Unhappy customer!!!

Last year august we bought a sabat battery at nafcoc sosh spares in soshanguve, less than a year later the battery seized working, I then took it upon myself to take it back as it has a 1 year warranty, nafcoc sosh spares then gave me a loan battery citing that a sabat batteries rep will come and check out the battery so that we can know what is the problem, even the loan battery stopped working and the said sabat batteries rep hasn't been to them to check the batteries out, it has been 2 weeks of waiting and getting no recourse,as a result I am struggling to make ends meet , as I am stuck without a battery. Sabat batteries kindly come to our rescue!!!!
