Sabat doesnt honour warranty
Sabat batteries gives a 25 month warranty on their batteries. When you have a battery failure, they give the worst excuses for not honoring the warranty. Karabo, the customer service agent is pretty useless and has zero customer understanding. Between Karabo and Sabat, one wonders which is the most dishonorable. Its a close call. Sabat website doesnt even work properly when sending a mail through their website. What a pathetic brand and customer service agent

14 Jun 2023, 10:05After a back and forth between Karabo and myself, he becomes a child and blocks me from his emails. What ab=n absolute child. How old is he? 5 years old? Only children act in the manner in which Karabo handles himself
