Sabat Battery Warranty

Lets talk about the Sabat battery warranty of 25 months. I had a problem with one of there batteries, I tested the battery and it showed me it is a bad battery. send it in to the shop where i bought it. The Sabat representative came, looked at it and said we shorted the battery. They will not honour their warranty. I explained to him remember this is a used battery and it is not new. He said he understand but because the poles are warn it is the reason of him not honouring the warranty. There is a mark on the one pole, he said it was a short that caused it. I explained to him he is wrong it was when a pole clamp came loose it made a 2mm to 1mm deep mark on the top of the pole, not a short. Still he said it does not matter they will not replace it. After all I can tell you 25 month warranty from them is defiantly 000% warranty!!! Your battery better look like new with 000% damage to any pole or scratches before they will maybe look at it. I can say now 25 months = 25 seconds “the time it takes your card to proses the payment” = Warranty
