Sabat Battery guarantee and misinformation

I have had approx 14 vechiles to date and over a period of 37 years, i probably bought 3 batteries and in general the batteries lasted well beyond 4 years, up to almost 6 years in case. That all ended when a bought a battery in 2015 which exceeded the guarantee period by approx 2 months. Being so unusual, I this time around consulted with many people in the industry and I was given 3 brands which they regard as top class.

I bought a Sabat at KS Auto Services in Grahamstown during mid 2016 and by March 2017 the battery started to loose its charge. I handed the battery back and it was tested and according to the tests after charging, the battery is fine. I spoke to a Chan who said that if the battery was giving problems again, I must bring it back for replacement as they know the story.

Today the battery is barely turning the engine and I brought it back to KS Auto Services and I was told that they must test the battery again as last time the battery test show the battery is fine and until the test show the battery is not working, it cannot be replaced.

This is contrary to what I have been told last time and I am of the opinion, that they thought that the battery would be fine after a charge and that it would not give any further problems. With the battery loosing the charge again and the change in information, I am of the opinion that they want to strech and charge the battery until my guarantee run out so that I must replace the troublesome battery on my cost. Is this how sabat honor their guarantees or is the problem with their appointed agent at Grahamstown ?? Who will pay for my tow in fees if i get stranded because the battery is failing whilst under guarantee and will they wash there hands if I get stuck a week after my guarantee has run out?I

Each time I have to wait a day whilst the battery is charged and tested and obviously a car cannot be used during this period.
