Sabat battery

I bought a battery last year at a Sabat battery supplier. The salesmen never told me that there is warranty on the battery so 2 weeks ago the battery was dead, I tried to open it to see if there is any water in after all I took it back. The salesmen then said that they dont tell any customer of the warranty on the battery and that the Sabat rep will come and do an assessment after that the rep said that they will not replace the battery. Please people stay away from that batteries
