Sabat batteries unfairly

Hi I have bought a sabat batterie in 2020 mid year and battery is dead . I tried for a claim but i was told that the battery was a January 2020 battery and they cannot provide me with assistance. The company that i bought the battery from is closed down and now i am stuck with a dead sabat battery. #Useless batteries

Hi i had bought the battery from pinetown batteries but they are closed down cant get hold of them i bought the battery in november 2020 and the owner never gave me a slip. I have been running around for so many days now.my cell number is *** hope this can be resolved 2day

I have messages on facebook and on sabat website seems thats there nobody to attend to muy query on those platforms getting frustrated and if i go to buy another battery they will want my old one as a s**** and i wont have the battery as proof

Hi Sabat i had a call from a guy named Andy from willard he said it is impossible to assist me beacause i do not have my slip. I have no control over the slip because it was washed away during the kzn floods. So basically i have been refused assistance from Andy beacause my slip has been washed away during the kzn floods. This is really unfair as it is not my fault that kzn has a crisis with the floods but Andy says that there is noway for them to help me unless i have the slip. Guess thats how unfair that company can be

Hi Levendran, It is unfortunate that the circumstances are beyond either of our control as the warranty policy claim does require proof of purchase. We do recommend that in the future you register your battery in-store or on our register my battery site, please see the link: https://www.registermybattery.co.za/.  This will eliminate the worries of having to keep proof of purchase at hand for future warranty claims. Too bad u cannot assist me with anything . i would have registered my battery if i knew about registration of batteries but never mind u ****** me of my battery good luck in the future from my side i will never buy another sabat battery again u guys just made this whole issue my fault for my proof of purchase been washed away during the floods. Thank you for robbing a client thats only used to use sabat and Willard batteries . let the poor lose and the rich win that should be sabats moto.
