Non-existent warranty, instead a lot of day light *******

What a horrific experience with a loss of R1660 on my side.

I will never ever use Malas or Sabat battery ever again in my life, Cheap will always show you low quality service.

Bought a battery March 2023, and this was the first ever battery to be fitted in the vehicle besides the one that came with the car in 2017. On the 8th February 2024, my car would not start, had to call roadside assistance to help with jump starting the car, the first ever event. At malas I was advised that the battery was being overcharged as a result of the alternator. After which I was made to buy a new battery (Willards) because I needed a solution to my problem.

Now after my vehicle service on Monday, where I instructed the Hyundai dealer to do all electronic and mechanical check related to the battery the feedback was everything was okay. So meaning all problems related the battery.

Sabat together with Malas, have gone out of their way to ensure I received nothing by claiming I am at fault??? How when my previous battery lasted for more than 5 years with no issues yet this one could not make it to 2 years?? I will never ever recommend this brand or the retailer to anyone because both are robbing customers to line their pockets even in these hard times.
