Complaint on Sabat Battery

I bought a Sabat Battery at Fazel Pretoria west.The battery proved to be faulty as it was failing to charge.I returned the battery to Fazel after taking the car for testing.The dealer staff was very hostile and they didnt want to offer any help to me as I was coming with a returned product.The Manager of the dealership simply instructed me to leave the battery at the entrance and come back following day without signing any document to acknowledge the battery.He even told me that that is the only help he can offer.For sure I regret buying a SABAT Battery because of the experience with Fazel. The battery is on warrant and its just difficult for the dealership to follow the procedure.
