Awful service at Sabat and autozone

Awful experience with Sabat batteries.They don't stick to warranty regulations...their battery dies within a year and they don't replace.Bad experience with AutoZone Moutsiya Mall in Mpumalanga.i gave the battery back and was told I must come next day after overnight charging.i did as instructed,had to borrow a battery from a friend so I can start my bakie to them.i arrived early in the morning,we took the charged battery but it couldn't start my bakkie. The tester said need to charge and retest the battery.The Sabat Rep Mr Karimis refused to take the battery and claim my vehicle alternator is faulty. I've asked them to remove the alternator and run tests,they refuse...if alternator was faulty how come it gave first kick start with a friends battery? A 2019 battery...Sabat and Auto Zone don't want to take responsibility and honor their problem...I'm done with them....bad bad service. When you call their regional Managers they drop a fone on u.Dis awful service will sent their reputation for years. Me and my community will never buy from them...
