Sabai jai day spa Rustenburg

I had bought a massage for a friend as a gift. When she went to redeem it, she was very rudely told that vouchers are only valid for 3 months and she must check the website. I was never informed that vouchers are only valid for 3 months when I paid the money, nor is this policy displayed on the website. (I have screenshots) So it was ok to take my money and render NO service? I was also told no refunds. This is theft. When I requested contact details for the owner, I was bluntly ignored. The receptionist is rude and extremely unhelpful - if she does not want to help, she should not be working with people. I tried to resolve this issue amicably, but needless to say, I will never go back and will also never recommend. It seems that the spa is ok to receive bad reviews due to a dispute over R300.
