Disappointing Experience: Lack of Resolution and Poor Customer Service

I recently booked a Thai mix session with a different massage the******, but I wasn't satisfied with the service. When I brought up the issue to the manager, she was rude and dismissive, not considering my feedback. Despite having visited multiple times before, this behavior has deterred me from returning in the future. The manager showed no interest in finding a resolution that would benefit both parties.
