SABAH COLLECTION PHOENIX PLAZA - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY

Pathetic service at Sabah Collection Phoenix Plaza.. Bought an outfit a day before eid, There was stitches that were opened so I called the store on eid as I was busy, they advised me to come in the next day. I've spoken to them really nicely over the fone and when I got there until they kept refusing to refund my money. What was I supposed to do with an outfit when eid is over? What happens if I do take another outfit and I'm not pleased with the quality? The manager insisted the stitches could have opened when I tried to get my daughter to try it on so am I really paying so much money on a kiddies outfit that's such terrible quality? The manager clearly has no training on how to do her job, for her to shout at me, have an attitude and tell my husband to shut up clearly shows she has no training on how to deal with customer complaints. The ladies refused to tell me her name. And to make matters worse she has given me money that has ink on it. So if anyone ever goes to Sabah Collection in Phoenix Plaza, please be sure to check your outfits thoroughly and your change as well. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE QUALITY OUTFITS.
