Still ducking and diving....

Following my first bad review in Jan, it is now May, and still, Suzuki/SAAB Sandton has not come to the party. I have spoken to one of their Directors, Anton, who referred me to the Sales Manager, Riel. The salesman that sold me the car has also quit in the meantime...... or was fired - don't really know. After resending all the paperwork again, and following up with mails again, these people are just flatly ignoring me. I went so far as alerting them that I had placed a poor review on HP - they obviously don't care. If one person reads this and does not buy a car from them on the basis of my comments, they will have lost a lot more money than the paltry R1400 they owe me - thats stupidity in my books.
