your website is useless. your call centre is worse

I was awarded a companion ticket for my airmiles.<br> I went to your website, which is vastly not user friendly. You should actually shut it down, it is that unusable.<br> That being said, I then tried to find how to reserve the companion ticket... I didn't want to book my flight as obviousy I want my companion to be seated next to me.<br> No way to do it.<br> When I eventually got through to your call centre yesterday, they just gave me the number of another call centre.<br> I phoned that call centre. After being on hold for four minutes, I thought, you know what, hello peter time.<br> Please guys. wake up. This is why SAA is always in financial trouble. You have zero idea about the 21st century.
