Would never recommend Say or use them again

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPGRADE OR CHANGE MY TICKET. I wanted to upgrade to business. However to this day and it's now been 3 to 4 weeks and 4 follow up mails and I have never got a response. I travel to the UK every month and wanting to support my own national airline. They will never have me as a client again. I will give British airways and Emirates business in the future because they care about the clients.
