Worst service ever!!

Yesterday I was on flight SA209 to Washington from Johannesburg. The flight was delayed by an hour because of bad weather conditions. As a result of the delay I missed my connecting flight to Texas and have to sit at the airport for 9 hours for the next flight. My connecting flight is with United airlines. As the flight was late there was no effort by SAA or United airlines to try and get me on my oringinal flight as I could have made it if persons with urgent connecting flights were called first and helped off the plane. Furthermore no effort was made by SAA to help passengers who missed their flights to be booked into hotel rooms after a 20 hour flight. Your service is a disgrace!!!
