Worst Ever Airline. Close shop and take the L !!!

Appalling service from what is supposed to be a national carrier. Yesterday I had a flight from CPT to JHB departing 20:20; I get to the counters only to be told that the flight was cancelled.

I asked the lady why there wasn’t any communication sent… she proceeded to gaslight me by saying other passengers had received texts/emails informing them and her tone of voice was extremely patronising. Rest assured, no text or email was sent to me. I was put into a 21:15 flight while travelling with a 7 year old boy. I was highly annoyed and there was no apology whatsoever.

I’ve lost faith and respect for the airline and I vow to never fly SAA. You’ve lost a loyal customer! PS: that beef wrap you served was pure ****; a final nail to the coffin!!
