WORST AIRLINE IN AFRICA

I connected to the airline in Ghana and on my arrival I was told my luggage was left behind. Four days later I’m still going back and forth SAA has refused to take accountability instead I keep driving to the airport paying parking tickets all to be told it’s not their fault. My luggage is in their custody in Ghana and they refuse to deliver it to me because there is no flight coming to SA.
