WORST AIRLINE EVER

So I'm on my first overseas holiday, a surprise trip for my 30th birthday. We get here, and my boyfriend's luggage never arrived. But they assure us they'll get it through on the next flight, which doesn't happen. So we're on an island with nothing cool for him to wear. <br> <br> Call the next morning and they confirm they've located the baggage and it'll arrive this evening, which it does...only it's been broken into and half the stuff is missing. <br> <br> So if you want to have the absolute worst holiday of your life, fly SAA. They'll strive to ***** up as much of it as possible.
