Why not to support SAA

Like to give them MINUS points Husband flew on an SAA to Dubai - cosharing with Emirates. We provided our Voyager number at the time of booking. Husband flew up and returned only to be told that he will NOT get his SAA miles as he does not have the original boarding passes and the eTicket was not sufficient for SAA.
