Why am I not surprised?

I sent a complaint to SAA on the 20th of April. I received an automated response that stated I will receive a substantive response within 10 working days. It has now been 13 (excluding public holidays). <br> <br> SAA does not live up to any of the promises made out on their website. Frankly, the worst part is that I was embarrassed for the tourists that had the same experience as I did. This is how they are welcomed into our beautiful country - it's a crying shame!<br> <br> I wonder if I will get a response now that I am on Hello Peter?
