Where is the Customer Service?

Made a booking with SAA for a flight and wanting to check in prior to my flight (Within the 24 hours), keep receiving an ERROR: No Passengers Found. I can manage my booking online and have my E-Ticket. Have been sitting on the customer service line for 42:55 currently with no answer.... And have called within business hours. Paying more expensive than most airlines should we not be getting more customer service.
