When will SAA catch up with entertainment protocol

From what I have seen SAA seem to be the only airline left that turns off the entertainment system ~20-30 minutes before landing. Flying back from the Ivory Coast, one has to stop in Ghana for an hour and it would also have been nice to have the option of the entertainment system...
