What a load of bull nonsense

So I didn’t cause the flight to stop, all covid related but I am penalised for them not making the flight. What a load of bull nonsense….look at my refund !!!!! I had to find my own way back home bcoz they couldn’t fly!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
