Website Booking Ripoff!

On 1 Dec I had to book a return ticket to East London from Cape Town. Sadly only SAA seems to have the monopoly on this route. 4 Times, let me repeat, FOUR TIMES I attempted to complete the payment process and the website always reported a problem, recommending me to restart the booking process. Great IT people working on your website! By the 5th time the PRICE of the ticket had INCREASED by over R400. Is this how you **** your passengers? Isn't this **********? As is the service on this route is pathetic. You charge the same if not more that a return ticket from CT to JHB and one is served a ****py little packet of peanuts or mixed nuts. That's it. In my opinion you stand up there next to the ANC as far as incompetence and *******ion is concerned. You suck big time and I will NEVER fly with you unless you are literally the last airline on a route. No wonder you always need to be bailed out. You are a disgrace as the national airline.
