We are stuck in Angola and SAA is not bothering to help

Mom is asking help but no SAA assistant is bothering to do anything. They did not mention at the airport that we needed a yellow fever card before flying to Angola and wanting to fly to Brazil. We are now stuck in Angola with no assistance from SAA...terrible service
