Watch out if you “skycheck” on SAA

Luggage handed in for Skycheck, only to find that it is not available, but sent to carousel, on arrival, with very limited time to catch international connection. If I knew this I would never have skychecked it. Next time warn your customers SAA. I thought having a business class ticket meant something more.
