was treated badly

SA8756 yesterday I'm Mthatha, when I rrive at the check in point at 17:20 this evening and there was no one at the destination I waited after few minutes the lady mentioned about came and check the computer then left, I thought she is comming back after I realised that she is not comming i asked the security personnel what was going on and she.said the lady is in the air craft she called her when the lady came back she just said she can't help me I was late I told her that I was not late the thing is there was no one at the desk she said she is not going to have this conversation because she is pretty sure that i was late, so I didn't go to JHB this evening though I was early. I want this matter to be resolved and the attitude she had towards me was so dissapointing
