Voyager you suck

SAA voyager is the worst rewards company I have ever had to deal with. I have dealt with British Airway, Emirates, KLM, American Airlines, Qatar,West Jet,Air Canada,And have never had a problem redeeming my point except for SAA.

I have 2 one way awards that I have been trying to do booking ps with for the last 2 1/2 months and now they expire tomorrow.

Every time you go onto the Voyager pages and start the booking and when you have to pay and click on sa express it goes into Error 500 problem code with their server.

Called the Voyager call centre was told to go on Chrome the same issue.

Called again was told we can help you.

Want to go from Johannesburg to Cape Town sorry sa express don’t do that route. Which route do they do select one, I can I need you to tell me the routes they do Johannesburg Kimberly sorry I don’t want to go to Kimberly I don’t know anyone there. Ok Do you do Bloemfontein to Johannesburg great give me a seat on the for 11 January 2020 soorrrrry no tickets Good Bye.

Voyager you suck and as of now unless someone is dying I will not give SAA a cent of my money.

Mango your No Frills Airline does a better job than SAA flagship and I will still support them.

But after being a faithful Customer with SAA for the last 38 years plus its good buy.

You can take my two awards and .............. as a lady I will give you no respect for insulting my intelligence, From Management to The Voyager Call Centre all you’ll can say is Sorry but there is never any action.
