Voyager Total partnership is a ****

Good day SR ********** complaint number: I have now been waiting 6 months for the membership card promised. I am losing thousands of miles for Total fuel I am unable to claim. Three times SAA told me a new card is being sent because it 'disappeared' in the mail. Now 3000 miles were subtracted from my account, for nothing. SAA and Total do not want me as customer?
