Voyager Profile update

I have logged a query to update my surname on my voyager profile on 13 August already and still no update to date. My surname changed and after supplying all supporting document still no service to date. I can at this stage not accumulate my miles on my account which is concerning. I even phoned on monday 4 December but still not assisted. Very bad service.
