Voyager pin reset

<p>Hi, i tried resetting my voyager pin on www.flysaa.com They instructed me to send my id and letter signed to ********** and i did this on the 15th of March 2017 i havent heard back from them so today i phoned them and the lady said that my details is incorrect, but on that email i sent was my updated info and she said now i must wait another 15 Days to reset my pin, this is totally ****!!! I need my voyager login details now!!! I sent another mail today and have sent 3 mails without them even responding saying somthing is wrong or just good courtesy your service is **** SAA voyager!!</p>
