Voyager not refunding miles for a failed mango boo

Voyager does not want to refund my miles for a failed Mango booking. The booking was done more than a month ago, and the booking was cancelled by due to a payment issue. Phoned Mango the day after and the call centre agent told me that the miles will be back in my voyager account in three days. Now more than a month now the miles are still not back in my voyager account!!! <br> Voyager says I must phone Mango and when I phone Mango then Mango says I must phone Voyager.
