Voyager miles on Emirates

I flew with emirates via Dubai to Russia on the 21 March and returned on 29 March. When I requested my boarding pass on line, it gave me the frequent flyer option and although it specified SA voyager, I tried to put my voyager number in. The system did not want to take it.<br> Now that I want to claim my miles, they insist on my original boarding pass. The reason given as that people can claim twice, but they also tell me that they need to send it off to Emirates to claim it. How on earth will Emirates duplicate it, as they need to approve it?<br> <br> I am on the line now for 46 minutes and it cannot be resolved. is this another way of Voyager making promises to the world, but make it impossible to claim through them. Why do they ask us on every flight to book with them, but make your life so difficult. <br> <br> The flight gets booked by a travel agent appointed by government and therefore I do not get the tax invoice, I fly but need my original boarding passes for SARS, but they also need it.<br> <br> Can anybody be of assistance please?<br>
