Voyager Miles not reflecting

I flew on Egypt Air (Partner Airline on Star Alliance)<br> <br> 28-Feb-2015JNB to CAI on MS - 00840<br> 5-Mar-2015CAI to JNB on MS - 00839<br> <br> The website and call centre said it would take up to 45 days to reflect. On 7 May 2015, I contacted SAA Voyager to advise and they acknowledged that they can see the flights but the miles were missing. Below is an extract of the email confirmation.<br> <br> \Kindly note that we have escalated the query regarding your missing flights 05-Mar-2015CAI to JNB on MS - 00839 *** and 28-Feb-2015JNB to CAI on MS - 00840 ***. We will notify you of the result within 45days."<br> <br> To date I still have had no response. It has been 4 months after the flight and still no miles. Frankly why 45 days"
