Voyager miles not received and no feedback

Voyager did not allocate any of my miles when I flew with Ethiopian airways business class for the last year. I contacted them and asked about it, to which they responded the miles were allocated to Sheba (Ethiopian airlines rewards) even though i am not a member of Sheba. i contacted Sheba and they confirmed that i am not a member and that Voyager must allocate my miles. i have sent numerous emails but havent received a response from Voyager.
