Voyager miles not credited to account

After quering with SAA Voyager many many times we had to then post the original boarding pass to them which we did (and cost us time and money), they then told me that the boarding pass was not efficient and that they needed the electronic ticket number and to email it to them, which I did, many many times and with no response. This has been ongoing since 17th April 2016 (5 months!!!) and has cost me a lot of time and money. </p> <p> <br />Miserable Outift!</p>
