VOYAGER MILES NOT BEING CAPTURED

I travelled to London in January on SAA and Amsterdam in April on Lufthansa.<br> <br> In both cases I checked when I checked in that my Voyager number was recorded but neither flights are showing on my account.<br> <br> I have lodged a complaint on SAA's website and sent an email, but have had no response.<br> <br> I have not kept my boarding passes - I think I am entitled to expect that if I have checked on checking in that my flights will be recorded without having to claim missing miles<br> <br>
