Voyager miles missing

On 5 February I flew from Hong Kong to Johannesburg on SA287. The flight was booked through Asiana Airlines. SAA have still not given me miles for this flight. I have tried to use the claim missing miles function on the website but because this was booked through Asiana Airlines, the e-ticket number is not recognised. I have submitted an email enquiry but I have had no response. <br> I am also missing milles from a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg on Friday 18 March. Several times, I have had to go in and claim the missing miles. Why is it so difficult for SAA to keep track of Voyager clients. My Voyager number appears on all the booking information.
