Voyager Miles

I always get my travel agent to put my Voyager number on my flight bookings. Off late my miles somehow are just not reflecting on my statements. We are constantly following up by sending through boarding passes and then still no action. Is this on purpose? I am very concerned as one year ago I was downgraded from Platinum to Gold and I am wondering whether I really did not have enough miles for Platinum???
