Voyager and deceased miles

Been trying to contact Robert Birch. Call centre, Will Mammoya absolutely no help, i just get automated responses. It is about deceased voyager miles that are blocked and take voyager 5 days to contact me with a ticket. I cant book for anyone but myself. It never worked like this in the past. I would like robert to contact me about the deceased miles and their use.
