Very shoddy service

I had to cancel my flights as when I called to amend them the lady totally 'messed' them by changing the arrival/departure airports, etc. so the lady at Oribi Airport advised it best to cancel and I re-book which I did - she requested the refund on my behalf - this was on 28/03. On the 14/05 I received confirmation of refund but only for the airport taxes portion-sent email querying but no response so had to call I was told to send proof which I sent on the 28/05/2018 and to date I have received no response from SAA.
