VERY DIRTY FLIGHT

I took a flight from Johannesburg to East London on the 28th March 2015 at 7:15 am. The flight was extremely dirty, it's totally unacceptable considering I paid close to R 2 500 for one way. The plane looked like it was never cleaned ever, I had occupied a window seat. You could see old food between the window and the chair, also there was an old tomato stain from Lord knows when!<br> <br> It doesn't help that when the staff is providing juice it's not even sealed, the lady came with the drink in a glass from wherever and the trolley didn't look clean either. I know there's very limited options to fly to East London but come on, we don't get to fly for free and your rates are not exactly come cheap either. Keep the flights clean, provide decent food since it's included in the cost! I am so disappointed that you don't give customers value for money!You could learn A LOT from Kulula and how the staff provides excellent service!!!
