very bad experience

<p>on 18th dec we boarded the plane to go to hong kong,we sat in the plane for 4 hours and then asked to get off the plane go tru customs and go to the hotel as there was something wrong with the aircraft,next day someone else very conviently took our seats and we get allocated seats in the middel row and we didnt get our vegetarian meals as we were not in our correct seats,the staff tells us that we did not book veg meals and when i told her they changed our seats then miraculously our meals appeared with our names on it in the morn,please guys im totally disappointed with your service and dont care attitude of the staff,this flight was an absoult nightmare,please when a flight is delayed dont change peoples seats without their consent because theres a reason why we chose our seats when we booked the flight.</p>
