Useless Customer Service

SAA cancelled my wife's return flight SAO-CPT because apparently she was a no show on the outbound flight CPT-SAO. I know for a fact she was on this flight as she is sitting in another country. I have called SAA around 40 times including and hour long international call and holding for 1hr without an answer. Service does not exist!! What would have happened if the plane crashed and I called SAA and they told me my wife was not on the plane only except she was on the plane. I have an arm length of complaints but do not get any response to my emails or phone calls. When I ask for a manager they are of course in a meeting (obviously)!! No wonder you have to be bailed out of financial situations!
