<p>Phone several times in order to obtain the correct details for processing payment. Agent completely deleted current flights bookings and rebooked the flights. Still no details available for processing payment. Statement on their website read: 'Customer who wish to pay with maestro card to select pay later'. THERE IS NO PAY LATER OPTION. The agent on the phone then continued to instruct me to put my maestro card details into the credit card section. The difference between a master card and maestro card is not even known. </p>
