Unprofessional

SAA, they did not pack my laggage and i only realised that when i landed in Mthatha from JHB this morning. I have called and was told that my laggage is in Cape Town. The lady told me that it would be sent to Mthatha airport this afternoon, when i got to the airport i was told that the flight had beed canceled. Right now no one has contacted me and i do not know what is going on. Plz assist
